I had an issue with my furnace and I originally called another company. About 5 hours after they left the furnace stopped working again and the company wouldn't return any of my calls. One of my neighbors suggested for me to call Living Comfort and Dennis was at my house within the hour, diagnosed the issue (which he said it was a cracked heat exchanger) and got a new furnace for me and got it installed the same day. I was amazed with their timing, thinking that the earliest they would be able to install it would of been a day or 2 later. I highly recommend this company for going beyond my expectations. Last year heating in my house wasn't during a weekend in mid of winter. I contacted comfort heating and they send a technician named William . He was very knowledgeable and detected the problem with in a very short and gave me the reasonable quote right away and with in 10 mins heat was turned on. Got home from work today and I had no hot water. Called Living comfort and William came by in no time. He said I needed a thermocouple. He changed it right on the spot and sure enough, I had hot water. I definitely would recommend Living Comfort to my friends and family!
